Do you offer a free consultation?
Yes, you are warmly welcome to a free 15 min phone consultation so that we have a chance to chat briefly and see if we’d be a good fit.
Will my sessions be virtual or in-person?
All sessions are held virtually at this time via a secure video platform.
Do you work with children and teens?
I work only with adults ages 18+.
Do you offer couples therapy?
While I primarily offer individual therapy, I have experience working with couples. If you’re interested in couples therapy, please reach out for a consultation so that we can determine if I would be a good fit for your situation.
I live outside Seattle. Can I still see you?
I am profesionally licensed in Washington, so I can work with you if you live anywhere in Washington state.
Do you accept HSA or FSA?
Yes, you are welcome to use either a Health Savings Account (HSA) or a Flexible Savings Account (FSA) to pay for your sessions.
This is my first time seeking therapy and I don't know what to expect
